DCP Midstream is looking for a passionate, savvy Sr Product Implementation Specialist that will help propel and advance our growing line of digital products.

You will own the internal go-to-market strategy for DCP transformation projects and products, as well as change management, which accompanies the strategy. You will play a key role in ensuring projects/products, and change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption, and usage.

One of your primary responsibilities will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. You will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

This will consist of defining and executing the internal communication strategy, messaging and content, product rollout, design and development of self-guided eLearning modules as well as instructor-led trainings, training videos, and metric tracking.

You will provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. You will also support product teams in integrating change management activities into their product plans.

You’ll have a strong team to rely on while pulling together materials as you’ll work closely with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, User Experience Designers, Transformation Leads, Change Advocates and the leadership team within DCP.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong marketing and communications skills. Moving and thinking rapidly with an attention to detail and a sharp eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities of products into concise trainings.

Qualifications:

 

  • 4-7 years of instructional design experience, with a portfolio that proves success.

  • Product marketing, or business strategy experience.

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and extensive experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360- Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).

  • Experience with Adobe CC with emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop required. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition is a nice-to-have.

  • Ability to develop graphics, storyboards, scripts, microlearning courses, engaging online learning, simple simulations, assessments and job aids.

  • Detail oriented with a good eye for design. 

  • Experience leading audio / video production.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects simultaneously to deliver on time. 

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills which allow you to inform and advise others clearly.

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Resilient and tenacious, with a propensity to persevere.

  • Forward-looking with a holistic approach.

  • Organized, with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

  • Previous experience with adult learning theories.

  • Ability to distill complex information into simple and meaningful insights and messaging. 

  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work effectively across all levels of an organization.

  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines.

  • Must be able to gather and analyze feedback on training effectiveness, and identify training gaps for the purpose of improving individual/team performance.

  • You will also have a strong team work ethic, and a collaborative approach to learning— both face-to-face and remotely.

Specifications:

 

  • 25% travel may be required.

  • This position occasionally requires standing for sustained periods of time to present in front of a classroom.
