Day to day:


Provides oversight for,safety & environmental compliance, gathering system operation, pipelineoperation, pipeline integrity, CMMS efforts, training and mentoring, budgeting& forecasting, managing employee development, interact with customers andbuild producer relations.


What you will be responsible for:

  • Supervise ComplianceCoordinators, IR Tech, Emission Analyzers and other personnel by planning andscheduling work, providing work direction, performance feedback and training.Serve as liaison between the Asset, Environmental Compliance and Permitting Personnel,and various State and Federal Agencies to ensure the Asset remains incompliance with all of our requirements. 
  • Train, mentor anddevelop personal.
  • Serve as a resource forcompliance activities across the asset.
  • Establish and maintaingood relationships with land-owners with whom the company has right of wayaccess for pipe and other equipment.
  • Interface and coordinatewith commercial and engineering personnel providing input/ideas on projectsrelated to gas acquisition opportunities and ongoing expansion projects.
  • Work with operations,engineering Health and Safety and environmental compliance and permitting ondesign reviews, preconstruction items, PHA’s MOC’s, and PSSR’s to ensurefacilities are constructed and operated per permit requirements.
  • Review and analyzevarious operating data from SCADA, etc. to monitor compliance with our airpermits, SPCC Plans and Storm Water permits. Evaluate and review data to compliance.
  • Improving reliabilityand efficiency while reducing risk; Striving for operational excellence.


Requirements:

  • High school degree orGED
  • Bachelor’s degreedesirable
  • Valid driver’s licenseand acceptable driving record
  • Must be willing to workovertime and handle call-outs.  
  • 2 years of maintenanceassociated with gas gathering and compression
  • 2 years of operatingexperience
  • Previous leadershipexperience
